North/South Center Point Easement

The North/South CenterPoint Easement connects the Brays Bayou Trail near Greenwillow and the railroad to South Post Oak Rd. near Gasmer. It is a conduit from the Brays Bayou Trail to the Willow Waterhole Greenway and the future Levitt Pavilion connecting five neighborhoods on the east side of Post Oak Rd. to a road crossing leading to the huge green space with ponds, wildlife, and recreational opportunities. It can be part of a major north/south trail potentially extending from the north at White Oak Bayou through Memorial Park and south to Sims Bayou and Clear Creek.
